  1. Minimum 50% amount have to be paid as advance before the event and 25% have to be paid after the event to process the work.
  2. LIMELIGHT will not be held responsible for any kind of cancellation of the event and the advance payment will not be refund. Any kind of part delivery will not be provided without full payment
  3. LIMELIGHT will not be held responsible for any data loss or misplace of materials if the delivery not accepted within 3 months (90 days) from the event date. We are at our liberty to delete / erase all materials after 90 days without prior notice, no excuse will be allowed from the clients end.
  4. Delivery period will be count from the date of clients approval of photographs or finalize the materials for videos. 6-9 week time will be taken for delivery.
  5. We can use your photographs / videos at our website/Facebook/ Youtube / Instagram pages for promotion purpose. 30% extra charge is applicable, if client does not want to use their photos in photographer’s promotion.
  6. Any kind of misbehavior from Client’s side with the crew members will not be accepted.
  7. Clients have to provide a proper place for crew members for their recreation time and to take rest at the time when the event not going on and at night also.
  8. For additional day it will be charged as per the above mentioned terms and conditions of the company. Extra charges will be add on after 12 O’clock of midnight. (Except for Bengali rituals if they had a single “Lagna” after 11 p.m. but ‘Bansibiye’ will not be considered if that in same day)
  9. Transportation and accommodation charges will be charged extra for distance traveling (out of Siliguri) for any kind of events. (i.e. pre-wedding/wedding)
  10. Client should produce the schedule of the event before 10 days of the date of the event.
  11. Booking money is non-refundable but can be rescheduled under special circumstances and on availability.
  12. For better Photographs, the stages and other places like the centre chairs for Bride and Groom must have adequate lighting and proper decorations. Clients can talk with the Core Photographer of LIMELIGHT before finalize the decoration by the electrician.
  13. Please tell your family members and Invitees (mobile photographers) not to use FLASH and ask groom/bride to look towards them when we are taking images. Please ask mobile photographers/video grabbers to leave space and cooperate with us so that we can capture great moments.
  14. DSLR cameras, Video cameras and all accessories are valuable products which will get damaged in water, so we will not shoot in open air at the time of raining. Crew Members can be little bit delay during natural calamities.
  15. Don’t waste photographer’s valuable time.
